Our 21-day return policy applies to all items purchased online from our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

    3    Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories, and that it has not been used or damaged.

    4    Ship the item back to us using the provided return shipping label within 21 days of receiving the return approval.

    5    Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If it does, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
